Local 108 joins forces with Camden Police
February 21, 2013

On Feb. 12, Local 108 joined forces with the NAACP and various other community organizations for a rally to save Camden’s Police Department. In a move that can be called nothing other than union busting, Camden is moving forward with a plan to replace the entire city police force with a county-run force. This move came despite clear opposition from the officers and the community. Local 108 would like to thank the NAACP for hosting the rally.
